Tom runs IT Manager Services, a specialist IT support company helping Businesses across Kent and the South East.

Tom came to Chip25 when his business was only 2 year old. He had started the company following various roles within the IT industry. His last company agreed to be Toms first client and helped launch IT Manager Services.

Although the business had grown and expanded this one client equated to 80% of the companies revenue. This was an unsustainable situation and Tom knew he needed help to grow.

With our help IT Manager Services has grown from strength to strength. Focusing on their key niches, marketing plans were developed, video content created, CRM systems deployed.

To date the business has, in three years grown 4 fold, Has moved to a dedicated office and has quadrupled the staffing numbers.

Tom's client base has grown and additional support is now being provided to the accountancy Industry as well as the education sector.
